Terms & Conditions - Subscription

This page (together with the documents referred to on it) states the terms and
conditions on which we will supply the services listed on our website
www.roofersinc.com (Our site) via one of our subscription services (Services). Please read these terms and conditions carefully before subscribing to one of our Services.
You should understand that by subscribing to any one of our Plans, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Cancellation and Re-subscription: By subscribing to our Services, you are
agreeing to pay monthly subscriptions payments for an indefinite time until the
membership is cancelled. The subscription must be cancelled on the account
that was created when the subscription was purchased. You can cancel your
subscription at any time. No cancellation fee will be charged. You can re-
subscribe within 15 days from your cancellation date. We reserve the right to
accept or deny any re-subscriptions.

2. Non-Transferrable: All memberships are non- transferrable. All
services/maintenances specified under each subscription plan must be
performed by Roofers Inc and or its contractors.

3. Auto-renewal/Cancellation policy: The subscription auto-renews after 12
months. All subscription plans can be cancelled at any time. We reserve the right at our absolute discretion not to renew any subscription at any time without giving any reasons for our decision. Cancellations must be done before the payment due date, as no refunds will be given.

4. Additional service-Additional Cost: The services will be provided as listed in the subscription plan. Any repairs or services requested outside of the
subscription coverage plan will be negotiated with the homeowner. If a repair is
needed in a specific area of the house that is outside the subscription coverage
plan, the homeowner may choose to apply all credit to one specific service or
repair on the house. The subscription may need to be upgraded to a higher plan for more repair coverage.

5. Estimated completion date: We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (in the event weather, strikes, war, shortage or delay in getting materials, shortage or delay in labor or subcontracting, any other problem with suppliers or subcontractors, government regulations, court actions or any other cause beyond the Roofers Inc ability to control. If the cost of labor increases more than 8% before this work is started, or if the cost in materials increase significantly. Roofers Inc may charge additional cost to the homeowner. 60 days prior notice will be given to all subscription plans if there is a rate increase.)

6. Service once a year: All services listed in each plan will be performed once a year after the membership is paid in full. Should you desire to cancel your
subscription before the end of the year you may cancel, however, no refund will
be provided. All services will be performed according to availability of materials
and schedule.

7. No refund: The subscription can be cancelled at any time, but there will be NO refund provided for prior payments made.

8. Early services offer: You may also purchase any subscription plans (Silver,
Gold and Platinum) and make an advance payment in full and redeem the
services needed immediately. If you need an immediate service before 12
months, you may do so by making an advance payment on the yearly
subscription plan in full. Contact us with the confirmation that you need the
services immediately. Services will be rendered upon the availability of the
schedule and materials.

9. Services: All services covered under all membership plans are to be performed by Roofers Inc / its contractors / employees. Under no circumstance are these services to be performed by the homeowner or any other contractors.

10. Upgrade or Downgrade Plans: You can always upgrade Silver Plans to any higher plans desired by paying the difference. You may downgrade from a higher plan to Silver at any time, however no refund will be paid or applied to any lower membership plan that is downgraded.

11.Additional Subscription Fees: Our prices for all Subscriptions are for one story homes, any home more than one storey will be charged $100 at time of service for Silver Plan and $150 at time of service for Gold Plan. Large homes over 2600 sq. ft pays $200 at time of service for Silver Plan and Gold Plan. For Platinum Plan, Large homes over 2600 sq ft pays $300 at time of service.
